1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the AELive website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website or services.
2. Services
AELive provides cultural entertainment and event experiences (e.g., Al Ayyala & Al Razfa shows, falconry demonstrations, cultural workshops, majlis/Gahwa setups, Emirati live food stations, and National Day parade troupes). Specific deliverables, schedules, and logistics are defined in our written proposal or agreement for each engagement.
3. Bookings & Proposals
- Quotations/proposals are valid for a limited period as stated in the document.
- A booking is confirmed when AELive receives written acceptance (email) or a signed agreement.
- Any changes to scope, schedule, or venue may affect pricing and feasibility.
4. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made in writing to hi@aelive.ae.
- Cancellation terms, including any fees, will be specified in the proposal or agreement (for example, fees may increase closer to the event date to cover confirmed resources).
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details, access permissions, and necessary permits (where applicable).
- Ensure venue readiness, safety, and compliance with applicable regulations and mall/venue rules.
- Designate a point of contact onsite for coordination.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, imagery, videos, graphics, and logos are owned by AELive or our licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AELive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays and issues outside our reasonable control, including those caused by venue restrictions, third-party actions, or regulatory requirements. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, government actions, emergencies, or public safety directives). We will communicate promptly and work to mitigate impacts.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
